Hours before the game dropped last night, 7 tracks from Rhythm Heaven Groove were made available to stream on Nintendo Music as part of a Special Release in what is becoming a common trend with new Nintendo releases.
It's a small sampling of what promises to be an... ahem... GROOVY soundtrack filled with foot-tapping bangers. The selection contains a couple tracks from the games menus, and a couple tracks from the actual rhythm games themselves. I think I would've liked a little bit more from the actual rhythm games, but it's a decent selection overall. It says a lot about the game's soundtrack that the menu music goes as hard as it does. You can view the full tracklist in the image below.

This does likely mean we won't receive a drop tonight at the usual time, as this likely is our mid-week drop for the week. So uh, happy one-day-late Nintendo Music Wednesday in that case!
Rhythm Heaven Groove finally dropped today after a year plus long wait following its announcement all the way back in March of 2025. Based on how much I enjoyed the demo, I expect to sink quite a bit of time into it over the coming weeks. Hopefully it won't be too long before I can write my review of the game!
